I forgot the key combination what I can do?
If
you have the root password and your computer is enabled to external
login (telnet, ssh), kill the process, if not, force a restart
of your computer (leave the power button pressed for a few seconds)
When
I click in protect button, nothing happens.

Dlock! protect after 5 seconds, giving time to activate another
application (for example your presentation)
The
key combination don't work, what happens?
Verify
if you use lower or UPPER case, remember the order of the keys
If
you press 1(one) and then Option, your key combination is 1+option
not option+1
If
you press "a" and then shift, your key combination
is a+shift
if
you press shift and then "a", your key combination
is A+shift
Remember
click together with your key combination!
My
serial number don't work in others computers..
The
number is for the computer with the code you give us, you need
a serial number for each computer
