A software solution for managing any Cyber Café using Macintosh computers. A PC version is also available. The Macintosh version includes BaspeTimer to use on each computer you wish to control.

BaspeConsola will provide point-of-sale control of all products and services that you offer, such as: scanning, text capture, printing, special paper or ink, and storage media, as well as food & beverage sales.

BaspeConsola provides reports of computer time usage, income per computer and much more.

Licensed versions of BaspeConsola are available to control 5, 10 or 20 computer configurations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.- Where I can get the login and password?
A.-Login: admin, Password: Console (case sensitive).

Q.- Can i use dynamic IP allocation?
A.-In this version Consola and Timer need a fixed IP for each computer.

Q.-I loose my data in an energy failure?
A.-All the data remains in the control file, when your computer(s) restart the data will be restored (not available in demo mode)

Q.-Can Iactivate a computer when the software Consola is unavailable?
A.-YES, all the computers can be activated locally.

Q.-I don't want print receives.
A.-In the print windows options under Mac OS X click on the "Save as PDF" button, on a PC click on the "To File" Button.

Q.-I like another features, do you can add to the program?
A.- Send us your suggestions, if they apply to a general solution, is possible.

Q.- The numbers are displayed wrong with missed commas and dots.
A.- Check your System Preferences configuration, from version 1.4.2 Consola use this configuration to display numbers.

Q.- How I shut down the computer at the end of the day?
A.- Select Shut Down from the Utilities menu (V. 1.4.2 or better)

Q.- How I launch BaspeTimer at startup?
A.- In the System Preferences under the user account, select login items, choose BaspeTimer. The next time, at Startup, BaspeTimer will be launched . Remember set the "auto login" option for the account!

Q.- I have two rates, one for normal use and another with discount for students, how can I register this?
A.- You can define only one rate, but you can define multiple kinds of pay. For example, you can define "Cash" and "Discount for students". When a student pay the service, one part is in "Cash" and another in "Discount".
